I went to Sapporo Ken, located 7-8 minutes from the south exit of Chigasaki Station on Yuzo Street, to try their famous miso ramen!
In business for 38 years, now in its third generation
Old-fashioned L-shaped counter
The store is not very clean, but there are already several people who seem to be regular customers.
Ordered miso ramen with butter topping!

Roughly chopped green onions, bean sprouts, homemade chashu pork, pickled bamboo shoots and boiled egg are standard
We had it with a large piece of melted butter!
The noodles are medium-thick and curly, hard-boiled and chewy to the last.
The soup is not too thick, but it was delicious and well mixed with the noodles!
I was so hungry that I was sweating and slurping my ramen with all my might!
That was a delicious meal (said after meals)
