Azu.
There are various ramen shops at the south exit of Chigasaki Station.
I found a very tasty tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen!
Its name is “Ramen BuBu”.
The icon of a cute looking back pig is eye-catching!
First, try the normal type topped with Ajitama (seasoned egg).
roasted pork fillet (often used in ramen)
bamboo shoots boiled, sliced, fermented, dried or preserved in salt, then soaked in hot water and sea salt
leaf mustard (Brassica juncea var. integrifolia)
laver
Plenty of green onions are standard.
The soup is very tasty! (And of course, there is no smell of pork bone in the restaurant either)
Delicious pork bone flavor concentrated
And these thin noodles are an excellent match!
Boiled with a little bit of chewiness left
This soup is well mixed and really tasty.
Each topping also plays a supporting role
Ajitama is well marinated up to the yolk as it looks.
When tasted with the soup, it is agonizingly delicious!
Good tonkotsu ramen is highly addictive, but…
BuBu ramen is also boosted by toppings!
Thank you for the food!
