(quoted from Kamakura New German website)”
Speaking of Kamakura New German…
The main store is located in Kamakura City, Kanagawa Prefecture, and is famous for its signature product, the “Kamakura Kaster,” one of Kanagawa Prefecture’s leading sweets stores.
The fluffy dough is filled with cream and delicious.
As I passed by Kamakura New German’s store, I was struck by a cake that shone brightly!
Hey, hey, what the heck~! This cake is like a work of art!
I was told that it was a limited time offer called “Kamakura Momiji,” which is only available until the end of November, so I bought it.
Out of the box…
It looks great! Great impact!
It is about 13 cm in diameter, equivalent to the size of a whole cake No. 4, and can be enjoyed by 2 to 4 people.
The top is beautifully decorated with thinly shaved tri-colored chocolate.
My daughter was also happy to snap a picture.
When I cut it…
Inside is a chocolate sponge, plus chocolate cream with walnuts.
The sponge is fluffy and light, and the chocolate cream has a nice nutty texture.
1620 yen for this quality! I think it is quite cosy.
The cake was too beautiful to be true to fall!
Thank you for the food… ♪
