There are stores in Hayama Marina, Zushi, Sogo Yokohama, and in Tokyo at GINZA SIX, Sangenjaya, and Seibu Ikebukuro.

The main store is located in Akiya, Yokosuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture. The main store is a restaurant where you can have a meal. The “tomato cream spaghetti with migratory crab” is said to be very popular!

I first had Marlow’s pudding several years ago. I found the store when I went shopping at Sogo Yokohama. The pudding with the dandy uncle made a big impact.

I tried it and enjoyed it so much that I have been a big fan ever since.

Marlow’s puddings are made with fresh milk, quality edible eggs, real vanilla beans and caramel, without artificial flavors or additives.

The beaker containing the pudding is heat-resistant and scaled, and can be utilized even after the pudding has been eaten.

Some of the designs are limited to stores or limited time periods, and some are collaborations with famous characters, making them popular with collectors.

We discovered that Marlow’s has opened a store at Ruska Chigasaki for a limited time!

Custard pudding topped with apple cubes.

These apples are…

This pudding is made from “Beni no Yume” apples, which are harvested in Yokote City, Akita Prefecture, and are red all the way to the flesh. Beni no Yume” is a rare apple that was born in Japan and is still produced in small numbers. The compote is made by vacuum cooking this rare apple using only beet sugar and no water.

~What is “Dream of Red”?
This is a new variety of apple created through an apple breeding project conducted at the Fujisaki Farm, which is affiliated with the Hirosaki University Faculty of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
It is also known as “the apple that God gave me ” because it is a variety that was accidentally created during the project.
The acidity is a characteristic of “Beni no Yume” and makes it an ideal ingredient for sweets.
Furthermore, heating the apples produces a deep sweetness and richness, and the apples are not only red in flesh, but also have a rich flavor with sweetness added to the sourness.
This red color is also a natural color created by the anthocyanins in the pulp of the Red Dream. (Adapted from Marlowe website)”

At first, I wondered if the apples on the pudding were colored because they were so beautifully colored. I wondered if they were colored…

I am very sorry! How “Red Dream” was red, even the cross section of the apple was red!

It seems to be a very rare variety, but I would like to try “Beni no Yume” itself someday.

Such “Red Dream” compote is plentiful.

Mmmm! The apples are crunchy! The crunchiness of the apples remains intact. They are surprisingly fresh!

And the sweetness and acidity of the apples themselves are well pronounced.

The pudding is, of course, consistently delicious. Fresh, unadulterated, real pudding.

It is really delicious with apples, custard pudding, and caramel underneath!
