■Total Produce
Web media “ufu.” opened on March 3, 2021. The editor-in-chief Sakai, who is also active on TV and in lectures under the pen name “Creamtaro,” will be the total producer of the site. I want people all over Japan to know more and more about the charm of sweets and patissiers in Japan. We have planned this project with the hope that Japanese patissiers will become more admired. We also hope to work with the best patissiers who support this project to create new value for convenience stores. We would be delighted if you could enjoy the ideas of these amazing patissiers as a new dining experience (Yutaro Sakai, Editor in Chief).

Starting Tuesday, September 6, 2022, the “Pudding’s Limit” project is being rolled out at Lawson stores nationwide.
Six of the most promising chefs in Tokyo and beyond have gathered together to sell a combination of chef x seasonal ingredients starting in September.
From a female chef who feels a new era coming, to a chef popular on social networking sites, to a new chef without a physical restaurant, the project is a near miracle that all six members are here, demonstrating their skills and imagination on the theme of “pudding,” a popular food among men and women of all ages.
This project, “The most delicious pastry of the moment,” is a “new experience of deliciousness” for people all over Japan who usually buy pastries from convenience stores.
The seasonal ingredient for this project and for the month of December is pistachios.
In charge will be “Ryoura” by Chef Ryosuke Sugamata, who trained for three years in various places in France.

What a special project!
And this time, it’s the restaurant I’m most interested in! A tie-up with Chef Ryosuke Sugamata’s Ryoura in Yoga, Tokyo!
I’ve always wanted to try Ryoura’s sweets, and I never thought I’d find them at Lawson!
Price ¥235 (tax included), 161 kcal per piece.

They use pistachios from Italy.
Mmm~! Delicious, too delicious!
The rich pistachio flavor is enhanced by a hint of almond.
It is sweet, but you can hardly taste the sugar sweetness. It has a luxurious taste with only the sweetness of the ingredients.
As you continue to eat, it melts more and more tenderly.
It is quite soft, but it is still a “pudding”!
It is neither mousse nor cream, but a “pudding.
Is this what we call “the limit of the pudding!”
Great job, Chef Sugamata~. Very delicious!
I can’t wait to visit Ryoura in Yoga.
Thank you for the food… ♪
