Today’s pudding.
Speaking of pudding…
It is still “Puchin Pudding”!
The best pudding I have ever eaten in my life is definitely “puchin pudding”.
The pudding with a pruney texture is made with Hokkaido condensed milk, raw milk, butter, and fresh cream from Hokkaido, as well as a unique blend of several domestic eggs that are carefully selected for their feeding. The combination of sweet aroma and bittersweet caramel enhances the richness of the milk in the pudding and gives it a rich flavor. The pudding is a fun to “pop” on your plate and enjoy its particular taste. No coloring, preservatives, or artificial sweeteners are used.
Celebrating its 50th anniversary since its launch, Puchin Pudding is being redesigned starting April 2022.

For the sake of comparison with the puddings I will introduce and record in the future, I will consider Puchin Pudding as the “basic pudding”.
Puchin Pudding is a pudding that has an even balance of “sweetness, hardness, egginess, milkiness, richness, and smoothness” all together.
Thank you for the food… ♪
