Today’s pudding.
Glico’s “Puchin Pudding” series has launched an egg- and milk-free “Plant-Born Puchin Pudding.
In 2020, the series’ first Puchin Pudding made without eggs, milk, or other animal ingredients was launched.
The “Puccin Pudding” is made with soy milk cream and soy milk made from Japanese soybeans and enriched with almond paste to create a mellow flavor. The product is made without using any animal ingredients and has a gentle sweetness with ingredients unique to plant-based ingredients such as cane sugar. No coloring, preservatives, or artificial sweeteners are used.
In 2022, it will be renewed with soy milk made from domestic soybeans and soy milk cream for a richer taste.
So you used soy milk instead of cow’s milk and soy cream instead of eggs?
This pudding is made without eggs or milk. I am excited to see what it tastes like.
The color is generally lighter than regular puchin pudding.
I was surprised when I took a bite!
The firmness, smoothness, and richness of the pudding itself.
The soy milk gives it a milky taste, and even though no eggs are used, it has a strong, rich flavor!
It has a delicious almond flavor.
It seemed less sweet than regular puchin pudding.
The caramel on top is also not too sweet.

It took three years to develop the “Plant-Born Puchin Pudding.
The idea was to allow people who are allergic to eggs and milk, or those who are refraining from eating animal products, to experience the delicious taste and enjoyment of pudding.
It was a very gentle pudding.
Thank you for the food… ♪
