Today’s pudding.
Today, I had a “slightly hardened retro pudding” at the coffee shop Lenoir.
I love the atmosphere of Lenoir. The coffee is very tasty and full-service in a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.
This menu was the first thing that jumped out at me when I sat down.
A “slightly firmer retro pudding”!
What a charming pudding!
I ordered it without hesitation! (Pudding not sold by itself, ordered with a drink)
It was also available with whipped cream, but I wanted to enjoy the taste of the pudding, so I left it without whipped cream. (It would be better to have whipped cream to make it look better in the picture…)
This pudding is simple but has a strong presence.
I feel a strong will that never wavers.
When I scooped it with a spoon, I found it to be quite firm. The name of the product is “a little hard,” but I felt it was “quite hard.
The caramel on top is also firm without dripping.
It has a very low moisture content and a sticky texture.
Thick like custard cream.
Each bite gave me a satisfying feeling of “I’m eating pudding now! I got a satisfying feeling of “I’m eating pudding now! Delicious!
I would have liked the caramel to be a little more assertive in both quantity and intensity. The flavor of the pudding was that strong.
Prices are ¥550 without whipped cream (tax included) and ¥600 with whipped cream (tax included).
