Today I had a year-end lunch with my friend Azu.
I want to eat slowly in my room, so I decided to get take-out at Royal Host.
Me and Azu love the menu at Royal Host…
Angus Sirloin Steak (450g)”!
The price for takeout is ¥4298 (tax included).
Also available in 225g, ¥2678 (tax included).
There are four sauces to choose from: Domi-glace butter sauce, garlic cream sauce, grated yuzu ponzu sauce, and dashi soy sauce and parsley garlic butter.
Royal Host has great food no matter what you eat, but the “Angus Sirloin Steak” is exceptional and delicious!
The steak, which is also on the grand menu, is Royal Host’s signature steak.
This “Angus Sirloin Steak” is of course delicious freshly prepared in the restaurant, but it is also extremely tasty when taken out and served when the meat is slightly cooled and moist.
Personally, I sometimes prefer to get takeout.
High quality CAB brand Angus beef. Among the Angus beef, Certified Angus Beef has passed the strict quality standards that exceed those of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
The chunks of meat are delivered chilled and each piece is cut by hand at the restaurant, then grilled on the surface at high temperature using a lava rock griller.
Because it is never frozen, the original flavor and taste of the meat can be fully appreciated.
The surface is aromatic and firm to the bite.
The center portion is exquisitely rare and very tender.
It is quite thick, but it is easy to eat with almost no streaks. The more you chew, the more the meat overflows with flavor and sweetness.
I love meat (especially steak) and have had steaks from many different restaurants, but I don’t think there is any meat that surpasses the steak at Royal Host.
At the moment, I want to have this “Angus Sirloin Steak” for my last supper!
And not to forget to accompany the steak is this “Kale Salad” (W size).
It is 1058 yen (tax included) for takeout, and since it is a W size, the volume is quite large.
This salad contains kale, red cabbage, and chicken, and is topped with a peanut oil dressing.
This salad is too good to be true.
I don’t usually eat kale, but it is fresh and really tasty without any odor or bitterness!
The peanut oil dressing does a great job again.
I just want this dressing.
It is a delicious dish that soars when served with steak.
Azu and I said, “Hmmm! I knew it! We enjoyed it.
Thank you for the food… ♪
There are only a few more days left in this year. At the end of the year, I will try to take things more slowly than usual and finish the year with a sense of calmness.
