Last year, I visited a wonderful cafe at the end of the year.
Cafe Kasa is located in Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo.
It is located a 5-minute walk from Exit A3 of Gaienmae Station on the Ginza Subway Line.
There is counter seating and table seating.
From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was filled with happiness.
It has a very warm atmosphere.
There were many solo customers and everyone seemed to be a regular.
Cafe “Kosaki” opened in 1984.
Kosaki’s coffee is characterized by its flavor, sweetness, and deep richness. The coffee is made from fresh beans that have been aged for two years to give it a sweeter, richer taste, and is carefully brewed using the nerd drip method.
The illustrations on the menu, the store’s sign, the kitchen shelves, the stained glass windows, and the roof of the entrance are the work of “Manager Jonathan!
Too nice!
The menu is like a picture book.
The custard pudding (650 yen) was the first thing I came to Kosaki for.
But unfortunately, they were sold out that day…. Oh, I wanted to eat the pudding….
However! Kosaki has a signature menu item, pancakes (800 yen).
On this day, most customers ordered these pancakes.
For coffee, I asked for the “Kosaki Blend (700 yen).
A deep, rich, dark coffee.
The pancakes are here!
These soft and fluffy pancakes give you a sense of nostalgia, just like your mother used to bake for you when you were a child.
Plenty of maple syrup came separately, but I don’t really like too much maple syrup soaked into my pancakes…so I just drizzled a little on top.
Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Very tasty pancakes.
Delicious with cream!
It was a simple pancake, but it had a special taste that could only be found here.
I also had the “Royal Blend” (700 yen).
This one has a mellower taste than the Kosaki blend.
Spending a relaxing time in the restaurant…
!!
!!!
Doggie~!
This is Mame-chan, a miniature schnauzer, the store’s signature dog!
I was patrolling the stores.
Cute.
I used to have a miniature schnauzer at home, so I’m all squeamish.
It was great to see you!
What a surprise! On my way home, Mame-chan came to me.
They also took a picture with me.
Blister, it was fluffy and smelled good~.
It was so cute!
It is the “No. 1 restaurant I am glad I went to in 2022.
The following message was painted on the menu.
In both Italian and Spanish, CASA means house.
The “fragrance blooms” is like the aroma of coffee blooming, and it is as safe as an umbrella.
A space where people can gather and relax like a house “CASA”…
That’s the kind of place we want to be.”
Thank you for the food… ♪
