This is the third time I have had this pudding, and no matter how many times I eat it, it is always agonizingly delicious!
Kumaya is a Japanese dining izakaya that focuses on seafood and seafood dishes.
The dishes are all delicious and hearty!
If you order a lunch or set meal set, you get a drink and a choice of dessert after your meal, and the dessert is “pudding.
Most of the customers choose this “pudding”.

Firm, smooth texture, rich in egg and milk, full of bittersweet caramel sauce.
Everything is perfect pudding.
The large size is also a delight. Kumaya’s food is really generous and I am always full, but this pudding is something else. I eat it in one sitting.
Today, while eating this pudding, I wondered, “Who makes this pudding? What kind of eggs do they use?” I had many fantasies.
I think it’s a shame to leave it as “dessert of the lunch set”…
I think we could start a specialty pudding shop as “Kumaya’s Pudding! I think it would be a good idea to start up a pudding specialty store as “Kumaya Pudding!
