Today’s pudding.
From Toraku’s Cup Marche series is “Setoka Mikan Pudding from Ehime Prefecture.

The other day, I had the “Fukuoka Prefecture Amaou Strawberry Pudding” from the same series and was impressed by its juicy taste.

This is also a great expectation for “Setaka Mikan”!
I have recently heard of “Setoka” oranges, but have I ever eaten them?
I can’t remember. If I did eat it, it was a long time ago, and I didn’t buy it myself.
Before eating this pudding, I went to the supermarket to try “Setoka” but it was not sold anywhere.
It was in the high-end fruit section of a department store, and the price was a whopping 800 yen per ball!
No, I can’t afford this. Setaka, you’re not the only one.
Upon further research… “Setoka” is a citrus fruit created by crossing Kiyomi (Kiyomi) and Encore orange with a marcot orange.
It is the “ultimate citrus” with a fresh aroma, juicy juice, a good balance of melt-in-your-mouth sweetness and acidity, plump pulp, and a sense of dignity.
Wow, that’s something great.
So you can have such a pudding using “Setaka” fruit juice for only 151 yen (tax included). Thank you, Toraku!

It has a gentle color like orange with milk added.

Even before you eat it, you can tell that it is fresh and juicy.
Mandarin orange jelly is common, but mandarin orange pudding is not so common, right?

Ahhhh, so this is what “Setaka” tastes like!
It tastes different from the tangerines and oranges I know -!
Melting sweetness and fresh aroma. The gentle richness of milk is added to it to complete the pudding. Very smooth.
What I found most amazing was that it was consistent with the “Amaou Strawberry Pudding” in the same series.
I think they are made with a similar balance of texture, juice density, richness, smoothness, firmness, and sweetness.
There is one more product in the Cup Marche series, “Kagoshima Beniharuka Pudding.
I want to eat this too, I’m so curious.
