Today’s pudding.
It is “Creme Caramel” by Eboshi.

Speaking of Eboshi-san, the “kabocha pudding” I received the other day was so delicious!

I couldn’t help but notice the “creme caramel” that was in the store when I bought the pumpkin pudding…

I went out and bought some more this week!

Creme caramel” is a pudding.
Like the pumpkin pudding, the cup is packed tightly and heavy.

Like pumpkin pudding, the ingredients are simple, consisting only of milk, eggs, granulated sugar, and cream.
It’s made with only the basic ingredients of a pudding, but how can it be so delicious? It was so delicious that I wondered how they could make it so good.

The layer of whipped cream on top is fluffy and thin, with little sweetness. It is rich and delicious.

This pudding is a smooth pudding with a good balance of eggs and milk…
It’s a texture I’ve never had before.
It doesn’t melt in your mouth, but is firm enough to stay in your mouth for a while, yet fluffy like a soufflé. Oh, it’s also chunky.
I don’t know how to describe this deliciousness, my vocabulary is limited.
I would love to have a pudding lover eat it and tell me how to write about it…

Here it comes! The “super thick caramel sauce” is gushing out!
I believe this caramel sauce is the same one that was in the bottom of the pumpkin pudding.
Anyway, it’s thick! Bitter~! Is it because there is so much of it?
When I put only the caramel sauce in my mouth, the brandy-like aroma escapes my nose and I feel like I am going to get drunk.
But it is by no means unpleasantly dense.
This caramel sauce is unique to Eboshi-san.

Both the cream and the pudding are not too sweet, which makes them a perfect match for this caramel sauce!
And when you finish eating, look at the bottom of the cup…

The caramel sauce had hardened into a caramel crash! It was crispy.
I bet this caramel crush and pudding would be delicious together.

I’m also interested in Eboshi’s “apricot bean curd” with lots of fruit on top.
I love pudding, but I love apricot pudding and panna cotta just as much.
I think I’ll write about it in the “Extra” section.
