Today’s pudding.
Smooth Soy Pudding Yuzu Cream Cheese” by Yamak Shokuhin.
This is the “Yuzu Cream Cheese” flavor of the “Smooth Soy Pudding” series sold by Yamaku Shokuhin!
Last time I had the “Roasted Caramel” flavor.
It was so smooth that it was hard to believe it was made from whole soybeans~.
I was excited to try the “Yuzu Cream Cheese” and wondered what yuzu and cream cheese would taste like!
This pudding is made from whole soybeans, which contain high quality protein and fiber.
It is characterized by the nutritional content of the okara portion.
Hmm? I can’t taste the cream cheese…
It has a Japanese flavor like mizu-yokan (water jelly).
In places, finely chopped yuzu (Japanese citron) is added for a refreshing flavor.
But I still can’t taste the cream cheese… Too bad.
Compared to the “Roasted Caramel” flavor in the same series, the texture was rougher on the tongue.
The pudding was light, sweet, and Japanese-style confectionery.
I enjoyed the pluckiness~!

It could have had a thicker caramel sauce in it!
Or something like a cream cheese sauce would also go well!
