Today’s pudding.
This is Family Mart’s “Hokkaido Kabocha Mont Blanc Pudding”.
(The label, it just snapped…)
This pumpkin pudding is a combination of pumpkin pudding made with a generous amount of Hokkaido pumpkin and pumpkin Mont Blanc cream!
I took a bite, wondering if it was extremely sweet…
Oh, yummy!
The original sweetness of the pumpkin can be felt well.
The balance between the firm Mont Blanc cream and the fluffy, light whipped cream underneath is very good!
Further down, pumpkin pudding and a bittersweet caramel sauce at the bottom.
This pudding has a sticky texture, like backed pumpkin.
The texture is very smooth. You can feel the fibrous texture of the pumpkin, but it is not coarse.
From the top, there are four layers: Mont Blanc cream, whipped cream, pumpkin pudding, and caramel sauce.
The four layers are agonizingly delicious in a single bite.
It was a luxurious pudding filled with rich, thick pumpkin flavor!
