Today’s pudding.
This is “pudding” from Kumaya Bekkan Yaei in Chigasaki.
We have written about Kumaya’s pudding before, but it was so good that it made a second appearance.
Kumaya Bekkan Yaei is located at the north exit of JR Chigasaki Station.
One of the desserts that come with lunch and set meal sets is pudding.
Pudding can be ordered separately. The price is 550 yen (tax included).
It is a very popular pudding that most of the customers order!
It is so delicious that it reminds me of “Oh, I want to eat Kumaya’s pudding” at a moment in my daily life.
After another delicious lunch today
I love this “mountain salad”!
For dessert, of course, I ordered “pudding” and asked the waitress to let me take it home.
Kumaya’s dishes are so large in volume that they always make me feel like I’m going to burst every time.
Even so, I can still eat the pudding with a separate stomach and peruse it, but today I decided to give my stomach a rest once and then savor it slowly.
Thank goodness I can take it home!
It is a firm pudding.
Ahhhh, it’s still delicious! It’s so delicious!
Kumaya’s pudding is a hard pudding like those served at coffee shops, but very smooth.
I think the biggest difference between this pudding and other hardened puddings is its “smoothness.
It has the richness of an egg, but it doesn’t end there – it has an aftertaste that lingers!
They are probably handmade in the store, so the feeling is a little different each time.
Today’s pudding felt smoother.
Plenty of bittersweet caramel sauce soaks into the pudding, making it irresistible!
I tasted the pudding from Kumaya slowly at home. It was a moment of happiness.
