Today’s pudding.
Gâteau de Voyage’s “melt-in-your-mouth raw pudding with heirloom eggs”.
Gâteau de Voyage is a confectionery store with its main store in Bashamichi, Yokohama.
Even though it was only one pudding, they wrapped it so carefully.
It contains vanilla beans.
This pudding is made from “heirloom eggs” laid by chickens that are not kept in cages but free-range in chicken coops or outdoors. It is characterized by its richness and fullness.
From the name of the product, I imagined a pudding of the mellow type…
It was firm enough to serve on a plate.
Then I took a bite and was shocked!
How creamy! Smooth and melts in your mouth.
The richness of the eggs, the milky cream flavor, and the aroma of vanilla beans.
It is a hybrid pudding that combines the “egginess” that is one of the characteristics of hard pudding and the “milkiness” of melt-in-your-mouth smooth pudding!
This is the case. It’s my ideal pudding.
The caramel sauce is intertwined with the pudding, making it delicious.
It is amazing how smooth it melts on the tongue, yet it does not lose its shape!
All the best parts of the pudding are in this pudding.
I highly recommend it to all pudding lovers!
