Chef Mayo Miyata, owner of Pâtissière MAYO in Roppongi, serves desserts in a bar style.
Opened in 2021, the restaurant opens at 6:00 p.m. Seating is by reservation only, with eight seats at the counter.
The restaurant is so popular that a month’s reservation is booked up in a matter of minutes!

The orange and light yellow color of this pudding is refreshing to look at.
The pudding is a combination of cream cheese and Camembert cheese, topped with a Miyazaki hyuganatsu sauce.
The hyuganatsu sauce is thick, sweet, sour, and refreshingly delicious.
I thought it smelled aromatic, but it seems to be “bergamot”!
It has a complex and elaborate “fashionable” taste.
The next moment I thought the pudding was very smooth and tasted like rare cheese cake!
