Today’s pudding.
Seimei Farm’s “Baked Pudding with Eggs Picked in the Morning.
This pudding was found at a nearby AEON.
Seimei Farm, located in Ranzan-cho, Hiki-gun, Saitama Prefecture, sells freshly produced eggs from its own farm, as well as puddings and mayonnaise made from those eggs.
It is produced at the farm’s own factory and shipped to supermarkets mainly in the Kanto region, and is also served in school lunches.
The pudding is made with fresh eggs that have just been picked at the farm that morning.
It is a “baked pudding” but the surface is not baked.
The pudding is elastic and smooth.
It has a strong gelatinized feel.
It was delicious, but I was expecting more from the eggs, so I felt it was a bit lacking.
The caramel sauce is thick and sticky, and it is well mixed with the pudding.
It was a light, refreshing pudding.
The larger size of 150g is a nice touch!
Seimei Farm manufactures several other kinds of puddings, and I would like to try them again when I find them!
