The caramel sauce at the bottom of the cup seeps into the pudding.

It has a firmness that can be served on a plate and is pliable and elastic.
This may be the first time I’ve had this texture!

And the eggs have a strong flavor.
The ingredients are simple: milk, eggs, sugar, egg yolks, and caramel syrup/flavorings, but I wonder if it is so rich because it contains even more egg yolks in addition to eggs.
They use “Egloyale,” an egg that enhances the flavor of the ingredients, which was created from the feedback of the chef and pastry chef.
The pudding is steamed slowly at low temperature and is smooth and melt-in-your-mouth delicious.
The caramel sauce that soaks into the pudding is also irresistible!
