Today’s pudding.
It is “warm pudding” by Ryuhei Pudding.
From April 6㈭ to 11㈫, 2023, a “Pudding Party” was held at the 8th floor event hall of the Tobu Department Store Ikebukuro -!
Eleven stores were gathered to sell unique puddings with particular attention to texture and ingredients.
Here is my number one objective this time!
Mr. Ryuhei “Pudding Ryuhei”, president of the International Pudding Association, visited the event!
I heard that you can get freshly made pudding by Ryuhei-san!
Arriving at the venue, we went straight to Ryuhei’s store.

I knew of Ryuhei, but this was the first time I actually met him.
I’ll talk to you when I meet you! I was so enthusiastic, but when I saw Mr. Izariyuhei in front of me, his aura was so strong that I started to be a bit of a slacker.
When ordering pudding, I was too nervous to speak to Ryuhei even though he was right in front of me. I couldn’t even make eye contact with him.
I received the pudding and said, “It’s now or never!” I gathered up my courage and spoke!
Then, Ryuhei-san is a very nice person!
He was smiling and friendly, and even took a picture with us!

Well! Let’s have some “warm pudding” from Ryuhei Pudding!
There was a sky deck plaza outside the event hall and we had it there.
It is freshly made, so it is hot!
This is the first time I have eaten pudding in a warm state.
It is soft and pliable, but also soft enough to be easily spooned into the bowl.
I took a bite and nodded. (Who the hell are you?!)
I felt that Ryuhei’s personality and feelings were already packed into this one bite.
Eggs, milk, and only the taste of the ingredients – this is “pudding”!
It was much gentler and lighter than I had imagined it would taste.
It is also moderately sweet. I don’t think this sweetness is regular sugar. Honey? Millet sugar?
No roughness, smooth and silky texture.
My body is happy.
There was no caramel on it, but I thought it would be absolutely delicious with caramel, so I wandered around in front of Ryuhei’s store again. (Looking for caramel sauce).
Then there it was!
Then, Ryuhei-san gave it a try!
This caramel sauce is so delicious!
Caramel sauce made from blended sugar “Q (Quartet),” a unique blend of unrefined cane sugar, cane sugar made from sugar beets, Wasanbon, the highest grade of domestic sugar, and sea salt from Ishigaki Island. It is a caramel sauce made from blended sugar “Q (Quartet)”.
A silky, deeply sweet caramel sauce.
I bought this one because it is recommended not only for pudding, but also for ice cream and coffee – I bought this one as well.
There is also a rum-infused version, which we were able to try, and it was also delicious! The rich sweetness is perfect for rum lovers.
As I slowly ate the pudding, it cooled down and turned into a different kind of deliciousness.
It feels like the pudding is getting restless.
Ahhh, the pudding of happiness.
