This is Yamazaki’s “Chiffon Cake & Pudding”.
Chiffon cake is on top of the pudding.
I don’t really like the sponge dough of the cake, so I was wondering whether to eat it or not, but when I looked at it from the side, the thickness of the chiffon cake part was thin, so I decided to try it.
Powdered sugar is sprinkled on top of the chiffon cake.
The chiffon cake has a fluffy and light mouthfeel.
It tastes like sweet castella.
What surprised me was how delicious this pudding was!
It has a very smooth, creamy, melty texture.
This pudding portion alone is delicious enough! Rather, pudding alone is good!
There is a thick caramel sauce on the bottom, and it is quite sweet when eaten with chiffon cake, pudding and caramel sauce.
I wish the sweetness of the chiffon cake and caramel sauce was a little more modest, but it is perfect when you want to eat a sweet sweet.
If the cake and pudding are integrated, the quality of the pudding is impossible … I had an image of, but this pudding is acceptable! Very good!!
