Seijo Ishii’s dessert corner is rich in variety and all look delicious! It makes my eyes shift.
Today, we will have ♪ the new product “Pistachio and strawberry pudding”
It comes in two layers, and strawberry jelly is on top of pistachio pudding.
The bright strawberry jelly red and pistachio green shine.
Strawberry jelly is quite generous.
It’s plump and elastic, like jam.
It has a rich strawberry sweetness, and it is already delicious on its own.
It definitely goes well with yogurt and bread.
Pistachio pudding is very creamy with the richness of milk and fresh cream.
And the aroma of pistachios spreading! !!
It has a gritty feeling, like ground pistachios.
The pudding is moderately sweet, and the taste of pistachios is well understood.
What surprised me was that there were two strawberry compotes in the strawberry jelly!
Two whole strawberries! What a luxury!
I can’t decide whether strawberries are the main character or pistachios are the main ones.

I thought that the jelly or cream on top of the pudding was somehow a “bonus”, but this was because both the jelly and the pudding were independently delicious.
