Today’s pudding.
This is Chatelese’s “Contract Farm Egg Pudding”.
Chatelese’s pudding is my first time!
Manufacturing is “Kameya Manendo”!?
Eh, why? When I thought about it, I found out that Chatelese acquired all the shares of Kameya Manendo in 2021 and made it a subsidiary!
I didn’t know that.
“This is a baked pudding that is particular about the taste of eggs, milk, and ingredients. Please enjoy the honest taste of the ingredients that can only be tasted because they are made with only simple ingredients such as milk, eggs, and sugar.” (Quoted from Chatelese website)
The raw materials are pudding with only milk, eggs, sugar, and caramel syrup.
I feel like it’s hard.
It is plump and elastic.
Ugh!! Delicious!!
It’s very smooth and fluffy as if it contains air.
Both the pudding and the caramel sauce are thick and sweet.
It is rich but melts in the light mouthfeel.
It is just a pudding of “contract farm eggs”, and you can feel the richness of the egg.
Plenty of caramel sauce.
When I served the plate, there was caramel sauce left at the end, so it would have been better to eat it in a cup.
(I put it back in the cup at the end and ate it.) )
I can’t believe you can buy such a high quality pudding for ¥120 (excluding tax)!
(This is the price after the price increase, and it seems that it was ¥100 (excluding tax) before the price increase!) )
