Marutaya Confectionery Store is a Western confectionery shop founded in 1949 with its head office in Kandacho, Naka-ku, Hamamatsu City.
It seems that the shop is famous for “cheesecake”, but I bought “pudding” without hesitation.
The design of the box is so cute!
The container has an oval shape and unusual shape.
I couldn’t take a good picture in the photo, but the pudding is thin and has two layers.
It smells like milk.
When scooped with a spoon, the top is heavy and creamy, and the inside is thick.

The taste of milk and cream is strong and super smooth.
Creamy and meltingly delicious!!
You can also taste the richness of the egg, and this is truly a “super rich custard cream”.
The caramel sauce at the bottom is smooth and has a gentle sweetness without bitterness.
The amount of caramel sauce is small, but I think it is just the right amount for a rich pudding.
