Today’s pudding.
This is Hokkaido Dairy’s “Mikado Coffee Karuizawa Mocha Pudding”.
It is a pudding supervised by the long-established coffee “Mikado Coffee” founded in Showa 23.
I haven’t visited Mikado Coffee, but they have their head office in Japan Bridge, Tokyo, and several stores in Karuizawa, Nagano Prefecture.
“Supervised by the long-established coffee roaster “Mikado Coffee”, “Mikado Coffee Karuizawa Mocha Pudding” is a balance between milk and coffee that is luxuriously blended with 65% raw milk from Hokkaido and has a coffee flavor while suppressing bitterness. It is a smooth and mild pudding, so it can be enjoyed by both adults and children.” (Quoted from Hokkaido Dairy HP)
When you open the lid, you can smell the nice aroma of coffee.
It is a plump and elastic pudding.
Take a bite and be surprised by the taste of authentic coffee!
The sweetness is modest, and the deep richness of the coffee spreads.
It is creamier than coffee jelly and has a mellow mouthfeel.
It is different from the taste of coffee milk, and it has a sharper and more mature taste.
You can feel the bitterness of the coffee firmly.
The pudding stays in your mouth for a while and slowly melts.
This is delicious!
It was by far the best coffee-flavored pudding I’ve ever had!
