Today’s pudding.
It is Mr. Wafuru Hiyori’s “gold pudding”.
“Wappuru Hiwa” is a waffle and baked confectionery shop with stores in Oyumino, Chiba Prefecture and Rokugo Dote Station in Ota-ku, Tokyo.
Last week, there was an event in front of the ticket gate of Shin-Yokohama Station on the Tokyu Shin-Yokohama Line and Sotetsu Shin-Yokohama Line that I happened to pass by! (*It has now ended.) )
Both the waffles and the madeleine look delicious.
I didn’t expect there to be pudding, so I’m excited!
It says “Toro to Trevian”.
The pudding is in two layers, and the melting pudding of Sanuki Wasanbon sugar is topped with Wasanbon jelly.

It is sweet, but it is elegant and mellow with a sweetness different from ordinary sugar. I feel “Japanese”.
The pudding below is thick and smooth! It’s so delicious.
The richness of the fresh cream is strong, rich and creamy.
The difference in texture between the plump jelly and the melted pudding is fun!
After all the pudding is exquisite! The taste of eggs, milk, fresh cream, and all the ingredients were well utilized and it was a luxurious taste.
I was happy to have pudding from a store that I can’t usually eat, and an event open!
