Today’s pudding.
It is Ryuhei’s “this pudding best & high”.
From May 31 (Wed) to June 6 (Tue), 2023, I met this pudding at the pudding event “Pudding Department Store” held at “Granduo Tachikawa” in front of JR Tachikawa Station in Tokyo.
This pudding is from “Pudding no Ryuhei”, who is the president of the International Pudding Association!
I first met “Pudding no Ryuhei” at the “Pudding Party” held at the Tobu Department Store and Ikebukuro store in April of this year, and at that time, I received a freshly made “Ataka Pudding” handmade by Ryuhei at the venue.
The freshly made pudding was delicious.
This time, the name is “This pudding best & high”!
The only ingredients are pasteurized milk, free-fed eggs, beet sugar (from Hokkaido), and salt.
It is an additive-free pudding that Ryuhei is particular about.
Pudding is packaged in glass jars.
When you open the lid, you can smell the smell of milk.
It is smooth and has a delicious taste of milk.
Compared to the pudding I usually eat, it has almost no sweetness!
It has a straight taste, just like the taste of milk and egg ingredients.
It is worth mentioning the deliciousness of the milk!
It’s light, yet rich, mellow and really delicious.
There is no caramel sauce and the taste is really simple, but this deliciousness has a special feeling that cannot be tasted anywhere else.
It was truly the “best & highest” pudding!
