This is “Purin Kakashi” by GOOD D by Purin Institute.
From May 31 (Wed) to June 6 (Tue), 2023, I met this pudding at the pudding event “Pudding Department Store” held at “Granduo Tachikawa” in front of JR Tachikawa Station in Tokyo.
This is a pudding from the second-line brand “GOOD D by Pudding Laboratory” of the mail-order specialty store “Pudding Laboratory” operated by PURI Co., Ltd., which is headquartered in Matsubara City, Osaka Prefecture.
“GOOD D by Pudding Institute” was developed so that “Pudding Research Institute”, a high-end pudding specialty store that can only be purchased from online shops, can easily buy at a relatively affordable price in familiar places such as supermarkets and shopping malls nationwide.
The pudding of “GOOD D by Pudding Institute” is not sold online and seems to be sold only in stores.

By the way, there are two types of pudding from GOOD D by Pudding Institute, “Purin Kakashi” and “Purin Smooth”, and the one I purchased this time is “Firm”.
The “Purin Smooth” comes with two types of sauces, “Normal Caramel” and “Brandy Caramel”.
“Firm” and “Smooth” have different flavors of the sauce that comes with it, so if you buy it at the same time, you can enjoy 4 different flavors, and even if you mix the sauce, you can find new flavors! It is a pudding with infinite ways to enjoy it.

It’s a white pudding.
A slightly smooth, smooth pudding.
It is not a sticky creamy texture, but a texture that crumbles in the mouth.
First of all, if you eat it as it is, it tastes like “salt”!
I wonder if it’s not a salty salty taste, but a sweet salty taste.
However, the only ingredients are milk, eggs, beet sugar, fresh cream, and egg yolks.
Why is it salty!?
Is it the sweetness of beet sugar?

Anyway, it’s delicious!
I put the included sauce “vanilla caramel” on it.
For the sauce, it is better to scoop the pudding with a spoon and then enjoy the change in taste by applying a little bit of each.
The pudding itself is light with a low sweetness, so you can feel the change in taste when you put the sauce on it.
The vanilla aroma spreads and sweetness is added, and the taste of the pudding has changed to a completely different taste!
Next, I put “bitter caramel” on it.
Wow! This one is quite bitter.
It has a bitter taste and a deep taste.
The sauce is large, so you can use it for other purposes.
It looks delicious even if you put it on unsweetened yogurt.

Salty in a refreshing sweetness (maybe…) It was a new sensation pudding that I had never tasted before.

“GOOD D” has two meanings: Good Day and Good Deal.
Both the package design and the naming were pudding that I felt had good taste.
