Today’s pudding.
It is “Miyagi Zao Watayuki Pudding Rich Plain” of Mori no Confectionery Studio.
This is a pudding I found at Natural Lawson.
“Mori no Confectionery Kobo” is a Western confectionery shop located in Miyagino-ku, Sendai City.
They use as few additives as possible and develop original products using ingredients from Miyagi.
Pudding is packaged in glass jars. You can see a faint caramel sauce at the bottom.
It is a weighty, soggy creamy pudding.
Take a bite and be surprised by its richness!
It has a richness like cheese.
Made with Hokkaido cream, rich milk, eggs, and natural vanilla beans, the pudding has an enchantingly luxurious taste.
This is so delicious!!
The richness is stronger than the sweetness, and the deliciousness of the ingredients is packed tightly.
The amount of caramel sauce is small compared to pudding, but it is also rich and delicious!
When the pudding is intertwined with caramel sauce, it becomes smoother to the touch.
The one I received this time was “plain”, but there seem to be many other types of cotton snow pudding such as “cream cheese”, “raw caramel”, and “espresso”, and I would like to try it again if I find it.
Ah~ it was delicious!!
