This is a pudding that has been loved by Torak for about 20 years since its release in 2004.
From 2015 to 2023, it has been awarded the Monde Selection “Highest Gold Award” for 9 consecutive years!
I saw it on Torak’s website and wanted to eat it for a long time, but it’s nowhere to be found! Not for sale!

So, this is the long-awaited “Kobe Chef Club Royal Custard Pudding”.
“Kobe Chef Club” is a dessert brand that makes use of the skills of chefs from the Kobe area, the town of Western confectionery.
It’s a special pudding among Torak’s puddings.
When I opened the lid, there was caramel sauce as a side dish.
The product description of Torak’s HP says,
“By blending milk, fresh cream, and eggs in an exquisite balance, we have created a deep richness and a rich and melty texture. The accompanying bittersweet caramel sauce is supplemented with black molasses on the advice of the chef. By putting it on just before eating, you can enjoy your own luxurious time.”

When I scooped it up with a spoon, it was hard enough not to drip out, but the moment I put it in my mouth, it turned into liquid.
It melted in an instant! And even after melting, the taste continues.
The taste is rich, rich and insanely creamy.
Eggs, milk, cream, all the ingredients are generously used, and it is a very luxurious pudding.
I tried caramel sauce on the way.
The caramel sauce contains black molasses and vanilla beans, and this caramel sauce is delicious!
The gorgeous aroma of vanilla spreads in the deep sweetness.
