Today’s pudding.
This is Morozov’s “Hokkaido Yubari Melon Pudding”.
This pudding will be on sale until late July 2023.
Like “Shimizu White Peach Pudding” and “Muscat of Alexandria Pudding”, it comes in a glass bottle, and the contents are generous at 146g!
White peaches and muscat were two in three layers, but this melon pudding has two layers.
Product description on Morozov’s website ↓
“Yubari melons grown with the blessings of the land of Hokkaido have soft flesh and juicy taste.
The rich sweetness of Yubari melon is combined with cream produced in Hokkaido to bring out the richness and make it mellow.
Please enjoy the juicy pudding with a plump texture.”
It seems that 7% (11g) of Hokkaido Yubari melon juice is used in the pudding.
Insanely milky pudding!
It is the smoothest and thickest of the three types of pudding.
The taste of milk is strong, and the taste of melon is also strong!
It tastes like fresh “melon milk” that you can drink at a juice stand!
The melon sauce under the pudding is quite sweet, but the mixture of the sauce increases the moisture content and gives it a juicy juice.
Smooth and melty texture!
I had three kinds of fruit pudding, “Okayama Shimizu white peach pudding”, “Muscat of Alexandria pudding”, and “Hokkaido Yubari melon pudding”, but I liked this melon pudding the most.
It was also good that the three types of pudding had different textures and textures.
