As an initiative for the SDGs, we used coffee that is certified as fair trade and aims to support women.
When you take a bite, the mellow taste of the melted pudding and the slightly bitter aroma of coffee spread.
It’s kind of an artistic pudding.
It is topped with thick cream and coffee powder.
This is this! Speaking of pastels, this melty feeling!
The mouthfeel and texture are the same as “smooth pudding”.
It’s so creamy and rich that it melts in your mouth.
Inability to distinguish between cream and pudding on top.
It’s more of a cream than a pudding.
It has a strong coffee bitterness and a strong taste like espresso.
It is closer to the espresso + milk “café latte” rather than the “café au lait” of coffee + milk.
The sweetness of milk and the bitterness of coffee are mixed and very good!
There is also coffee powder in the bottom, and if you mix it in the middle, the aroma of coffee will become even stronger.
Pastel’s pudding has a sweet image, but this pudding is bitter and mature.
It’s too thick. It’s too smooth.
There are many smooth puddings, but Pastel’s smoothness is special.
I had it with black coffee, but it goes really well with coffee!
