This is Global Foods’ “Passion-scented Mango Pudding”.
I found it at the supermarket “Rikos” and it is a pudding from Global Foods.
This pudding is just big!
It has a lot of weight.
The mango puree is made with the king of mangoes, “Alfonso Mango”.
It consists of cut mango and passion fruit jelly on top and mango pudding on the bottom.
The number one feature of this pudding is the large amount of cut mangoes!
It contains bite-sized mangoes.
I wonder if there is any other pudding that contains so much pulp!
You can enjoy the deliciousness of ripe mangoes.
And with mango is passion fruit jelly.
It is a sweet and sour jelly with a crushing feeling and goes well with mangoes.
The inside of the mouth is tropical.
The mango pudding below has a firm pudding texture.
It has a slightly milky richness and a mellow taste.
It tastes something different besides mango… When I thought about it, it seems that it contains orange juice.
The amount of pudding was quite large, so it became a little monotonous in the middle, but it was not heavy and was delicious until the end.
I liked the fact that the sourness of the passion fruit was accentuated.
