Today’s pudding.
I bought two kinds of puddings at Kobe Franz: Kobe Magical Tsubo Pudding and Kobe Magical Tsubo Pudding Chocolat.
Kobe Franz is a specialty sweets store in Kobe Rokko that opened in 2003.
There are seven stores in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, and one store at Shin-Osaka Station on the Shinkansen bullet train line. Online shopping is also available.
I bought it at Shin-Osaka station when I went back to my parents’ house.
The restaurant is decorated in red, stylish and chic.
Today we had Kobe Magical Tsubo Pudding. There are several flavors of Tsubo Pudding, but this is the most normal plain pudding.
This pudding was chosen as the No. 1 ordered pudding ranking in Japan, and has also won the Monde Selection’s highest gold medal for seven consecutive years from 2014 to 2020.
I had tried it for the first time last year and enjoyed it so much that I made up my mind to definitely buy it at Shin-Osaka Station this time!
It comes in a small, cute unglazed jar.
The top is filled with pure white fluffy cream.
This cream is extremely delicious! It is fluffy and light, but very milky.
Underneath the cream is a super thick, melt-in-your-mouth custard pudding.
This pudding is drinkable. It is soft and thick enough to drink.
Bitter caramel sauce at the bottom.
The three layers of cream, pudding, and caramel sauce together create an exquisite harmony.
Why is it so delicious! It is so delicious that it is a wonder.
The small size of this dish makes me want to eat more and more, but I am sure that this is the right amount to eat! I am tempted to eat more and more, but I think it is the right thing to do.
The price is ¥398 (including tax), 271 kcal per piece.
The expiration date was the day after the date of purchase.
